Retail space loss

This retail space located at the Hanover Olympic building in Downtown Los Angeles was damaged by water due to a pipe line that burst. As you can see in the before picture the water damage affected the entire flooring as well as the walls. SERVPRO of Cheviot Hills was called to the rescue. Our crew completed the dry out and the demo phase in only 6 days. The after picture clearly shows the dried out flooring and the amount of dry wall that was torn out in order to prevent the possibility of mold growth in the future.  Our customer was satisfied with completed work.
