Cut and Dry

Here we see a roof leak that affected both the wall and the ceiling. The ceiling has water damage and the wall has elevated moisture as well. Our team came in and marked all the affected areas with tape marks as you can see in the 'before' picture. After demolition of the wall and the ceiling, we brought in machinery to dry both the wall and the ceiling. after it was the studs were all dry we checked for any extra damage around the area. We also made sure there was no water left and no abundant damage to the wall.
