If You Can't Dry It, Repair It

In this incident water from the room behind this wall got through and damaged the wall. Water damage doesn't always have to be direct and this is a perfect example for how water can go from room to room. What we do is tear the affected area open and begin drying the area completely. Once the area is dry we sanitize it to ensure its clean. Anything that can't be dried whether its wood, insulation, etc. is removed and prepped for construction. This is where they replace damaged materials and close the wall back up to look good as new.
